There is a tutorial on my TikTok for how to put these in but for those you don't have TikTok...
- Take a small section of hair, feed this piece through the loop of the hair wrap and pull the hair wrap all the way to the root.
- Pick up 2 more sections of hair near the first section and plait the hair. The loop of the hair wrap should be kept near the root as you plait.
- You can braid the hair all the way down or stop after a small section so it's not noticeable.
When you want to take your hair wrap out, simple untie the braided section and gently pull the hair wrap out.
